Please understand that due to the One-Of-A-Kind and handmade nature of my items, I do not issue returns, unless due to shipping damage. However, I am always happy to work with you to ensure you are happy with your purchase! If you would like to exchange your item please contact me at tuijahansen@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact me at tuijahansen@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
